Scott Lineman knows exactly how to attack the Lions defense and he knows the weaknesses of Stafford and the Lions offensive players to pass along.

When Jerry was circling the wagons for directions, following the departure of Bill Parcells, he hit upon Jason Garrett with an inspired and attached vision.

His staff has progressively improved at each and every time the wagons were circled. As to talent in the coaching staff, it now challenges the quality that was contained in Andy Reid's Philadelphia group in the Eagle's hey day just traveled through.

If Jason can keep this group together for a five year period, there literally is no top ceiling for the Dallas Cowboys.
