Biggest concern vs Commanders

My biggest concern for the game is getting dominated at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball but especially our offensive line protecting the QB.

Our slot cornerback is like the 9th thing I worry about with this game.

What makes you think either of our lines are going to be dominated by the Foreskins, especially our D line? We've played two teams already with better lines than the Foreskins have and we did pretty damn well in both cases. The Whiners and Jets both have very good run games, and we stuffed them both. Both also have very good defenses and our Oline held up pretty well.

My biggest concern is playing without a full deck. We're going to be without our best WR, and our # 2 WR, QB, and starting RB are both playing at way less than 100%. Considering Romo will be playing with a broken rib and body armor, I'm also concerned at how well he'll be able to throw the ball. We're most likely going to adjust our game plan from what it would normally be to compensate for all the injuries. The best possible thing would be kicking our running game into high gear, but I'm not sure that's going to happen with Felix at less than 100% (if he plays at all) and a couple of our Olinemen at less than 100% as well. Guess we'll just have to wait and see how it plays out.

I heard it from Mickey Spagnola. I think he was just repeating what Rob Ryan said in a press conference.

Yeah, like Ryan, or any coach for that matter, is going to go tell the media the team's, especially Newman's, limitations.

I'm not saying Ryan didn't say what Micky reported he said; all I'm saying is. just 'cause he said it doesn't mean you have to beeive it as truth.

This is the second or third time I've read people worrying about the flak jacket impeding the throwing motion of Romo.

Does it escape notice that some QB's play with them all the time?

Several things. No, I don't know any QB that wears armor unless they're protecting an injury. Secondly, they absolutely do impede movement and throwing motion or EVERY QB in the league would wear them. If they didn't hamper performance, why wouldn't they wear them? Finally, there is not just one type of flak jacket. There are numerous types of varying sizes, thickness, etc. If Romo wore a bright orange hunting vest, I'm sure it wouldn't hamper his throwing motion or movement in the pocket. I'm also sure it wouldn't give him any protection. On the other hand, if he wore the ballistic vest I wear on enforcement duties, I guarantee you his movement and throwing motion would be damn hampered. I know because I have to wear it. Exactly what type he is wearing is an unknown to me, but if it provides any protection (and any semblence of intelligence would agree it does) it will hinder his movement and throwing motion to at least some extent.
