Ive been saying move Gurode to LG for weeks now and keep him there. You can get a stud center with a 2nd rounder. Kosier and Holland would be fantastic depth. Get rid of the rest of the back up o-lineman because the reak of non development and that mentality must be wisked away. We can snag a backup Tackle in free agency or give a team who knows how to draft and develop lineman a 4th or 5th like we did for Holland since we stink in this regard.

Our most glaring needs is a true nose tackle, either a guard or center depending if we move Gurode over and a solid backup tackle. Let's not forget the ever lingering safety issue which i think can be fixed by putting Hamlin at SS and Henry at FS. RW is someone we can trade for a backup tackle or package to move up in the draft to get a useful player on either line.

Gurode is a stud blocker but is sloppy as we know on snaps. You put him beside Flo and you will see how much more Flo is effective when his guy to his right doesn't get lifted into the rafters. Gurode cannot continue snapping the ball but is a dominating blocker. I'd leave Bigg exactly were he is and the Colombo signing at that price was utter brilliance. I would not put Kosier at center because he doesn't get enough push and that means Tony gets pressured down the middle easier adwe don't run up the gut as well either.

Moving Gurode to guard and having proctor playing center will only make things worse...

We need real competition for Flo and a better backup or two. That's it. Gurode's not too bright and that does hurt at times but otherwise he's pretty damn good. And a solid backup QB who can compete with Romo and that's it on offense.

On D we need another ILB, a CB and a safety, and huge NT to share time with Ratliff and play the 2 gap run stuffer.
