What would you change? It seems like people just expect Jerry to completely clean house every year we don't win a Super Bowl.

I would change the only constant over the last 17 years... Jerry Jones as GM, and take my chances with a different GM. It's the only thing that hasn't been tried in an effort to right the ship. Seems like a no brainer first step.
