I mean look at it: RW, Henry, Romo, JJ...instead of thinking about making a play they are thinking 'Don't mess up! Coach will bench me!' I think the players need to be cut loose a little more. Romo was great his first few starts and then Bill 'had a talk' with him and Romo became very pedestrian. I love BP's press conferences but he's gotta go.

ummm romo looked great then they opened the play book and it all changed. The talk was about trimming the fat a bit so to simplify things. RW's knock has always been coverage, If you don't remember.

No, the opened the "Pass 75%/Run 25%" playbook.

Prior to December, we were right around 50/50...where we should be.

Does no one else realize that Henry was hurt for the 2nd half of the season?

Plus like, what's he thinking doing Gatorade commercials? I mean, just by watching him balloon over the years we KNOW it's in him. Commercial just seemed unnecessary.

Gatorade does have a ton of carbs. maybe he should cut that out of his diet entirely. I am also wondering what else is in him at this point, It sure aint coaching skills!

Due to the fact that our defense was giving up so many points we were always playing from behind.

Speaking of making people average, some have theorized Parcells does this to his coaching staff as well. I'm curious to see how Zimmer will do in Atlanta, and if our defense will actually improve or regress without him. If nothing else, this is the year we'll find out if Parcells is really the problem.

I read these threads. I read folks griping that Zim makes great players average. Well, it's not just defensive guys on this team.

And yes, we all know coverage is not Roy's forte' but at least he used to make big plays/hits/tackles. Now he's out there just running around and making more big hits on his teammates than the opposition.

I'm surprised on the other hand, that so many didn't realize (or chose not to) that Owens was playing with a mangled finger.

Look on the bright side, he is swelling himself up to compete for the nose tackle backup spot.

What's up with that slogan, anyway? "Is IT in you?"

Sounds like something stealth would say to the leopard man.

Romo looked great the first few games because he was completing dinks and dumps against last place teams

Tampa
Washington
Arizona

When he played against teams that were average or better, he looked terrible with one exception. He didn't kill us in the colts game.

Yet he led the NFL in Yards Per Attempt during that time.

Imagine that, you don't know what you're talking about. I'm shocked.

I can not wait until Bledsoe is gone and takes all his cronies with him.
