I dont know about making good players average.

However, a good case could be made that he may overrate the talent he acquires and fails to adjust when their weaknesses are exposed.

I mean look at it: RW, Henry, Romo, JJ...instead of thinking about making a play they are thinking 'Don't mess up! Coach will bench me!' I think the players need to be cut loose a little more. Romo was great his first few starts and then Bill 'had a talk' with him and Romo became very pedestrian. I love BP's press conferences but he's gotta go.

Now that Zimmer is gone BP takes his place I guess because this has been the GROZ motto for years!

According to JJT, Parcells was handling the Defense towards the end of the season.

I understand you have to take that at what it is worth, but an interesting comment by Taylor nonetheless.

When he played against teams that were average or better, he looked terrible with one exception. He didn't kill us in the colts game.

You're "blog" has been bashing the Boys since Bledsoe was sat down .... you have no credibility here kid .... You're agenda is showing

The fact of the matter is that these guys were blaming Zimmer for making good players average and not letting them attack the QB, and now he is gone and it goes to BP.

I get the fact that BP had his hands in the defense, but Zimmer admitted he was at wits end trying to figure out how to fix it, so maybe BP stepped in a bit more. Who knows and who cares at this point.

I am just sick and tired of all the bashing, it just gets old. I know things are not perfect and the coaching staff could have done a better job, but people in here act like they are smarter than Jones and know more about football than BP and it is really pretty stupid.

I am at the point that I really don't care if BP stays or goes, I think I would rather him go because I like this board and I would rather see the positive energy that a new head coach would put into the fans and maybe the players. I say maybe the players because noone here knows how they really feel about BP. They may love him do death and hate it if he leaves.

What's up with that slogan, anyway? "Is IT in you?"

Sounds like something stealth would say to the leopard man.

I do not understand that sentiment. If that were the case we should all just come on the board and start cheers instead of threads. We could all wave our pom poms and everyone would be happy.

Fact is I bet there is not a single person here who would want Campo back and probably everyone here at some point bashed Campo. Does that mean they knew more about football than Campo?

We have so many player mistakes during this stretch I just find it hard to blame it all on the coaching.

Now if BP just brings on Bowles, I will get a bit irritated, I think we could search for a good 3-4 guy, even aa assistant on another team with a proven 3-4 defense, but there have been many slams on the offense that has scored tons of points. He does not do this right, he does not do that right and so forth. Like I said it is old.

By the way, just from a personality standpoint, I hate to hear complaining from anyone, no matter what the situation, it just bugs me so take my comments under that respect.

Dallas more plays over 20 yards then anytime in the league and Romo his 3rd and long conversion rate was 2nd highest through his first 4 starts. You shouldnt make stuff up just to try and prove a point. Nice try!

I got ya and understand. I think it is reasonable despite personal preferences to realize that Dallas, due to their performance, is going to receive tons of criticism. Maybe some of it is directed in the wrong place but maybe not.

Like I said yesterday, coaches do not get fired every year because their players are executing well. In fact when players can not execute owners look for coaches who can get the players to execute. Coaches never miss tackles, miss assignments, throw INTs and etcetera; it is always the players who do that. I am sure Campo did not tell his players to execute poorly.

The fact of the matter is Dallas is two games over five hundred ball since BP came on board. We have not won a division title. The team does not play that well consistently. We have been one game over five hundred the last two years in what everyone will admit is a very weak conference.

I understand you do not like negativity and respect that, but understand for the majority their has not been a whole lot to be too positive about. Let the winning begin and the complaining will stop for the most part.

There are always a few strange birds who will never be happy...for instance if Dallas wins the Super Bowl the Bledsoe homers will not be happy about it one bit and will be proclaiming everything a fluke and that we are doomed the next year because there is no way Romo is legit.
