This the NFL Films show In Their Own Words showcasing Bill Parcells.

I HIGHLY recommend watching this video. It gives great insight into the behind the scenes stuff that us fans don't normally see... chats with his players that reveal the TRUE relationship he has with his players, getting on the officials, footage of him during practice coaching the basics, and interviews of him discussing his coaching beliefs.

Its in WMV format so it should play in Windows Media Player without problem.
The video is 45 minutes long and 145 MB's.
