I know your feelings on BP the Dallas head coach vs BP the football guru. I imagine that most on here who wanted him out the door agrees with your take.

Jerry-BP combined decision beats Jerry the sole decision-maker anyday.

My only concern is that BP's ego gets in the way of giving honest evaluations of the candidates. Specifically, his ego keeping him from recommending the coach that might get more out of these players than Bill, himself, could. A more aggressively-minded defensive coach, for example.

Call it a conspiracy theory if you wish, but while I'm glad he's helping with the process, I just hope he's not sabotaging the process.
