nothing cleveland does matter. if clev won and tenn won, tenn would still get in. if clev lost and tenn won, tenn would still get in. if clev lost and tenn lost, clev would get in, and like your scenerio of clev win and tenn lost, then clev get in.

The Cleveland game means nothing. Their playoff hopes rest solely with the Titans/Colts right now.

if '49ers win, it's win-win for us with pats losing spot in draft while we go up (assuming that TN will win and get into the playoffs)

edit: i just looked, 18 teams have a worse record than CLE no matter what today. if they miss the playoffs which means titans go 10-6, if they win here to go 10-6) they'll get #21, if they miss the playoffs but lose here to go 9-7, they'll get #19-21. if they get in the playoffs, obviously there will be different variables, but most likely they'll get a draft # higher than 21
