Renovations? Seems like a new fan base is needed as the old one can't afford the seats anymore.

Poor sightlines in some seats is pretty par for the course in every stadium.

That said, the stairs and platform right in front of the front rows of that section is really stupid.

Fans willing to pay $5,000 a seat and eat sushi in their seats are not fans who also enjoy braving the elements. Just saying.
