2) Cowboys cut Quincy because Tuna knows Bledsoe will be available soon

3) Bills cut Bledsoe to speed Losman along

4) Dallas signs Bledsoe

5) Bills sign Quincy because Losman sucks


Hmmmm, maybe #2 is a stretch, but the rest of it makes perfect ironic sense!

So basically, it would be like calling up the Bills and saying we'll give you Quincy Carter if you give us Drew Bledsoe and the rights to Marcus Spears...

Wouldn't surprise me to see the JEts go back to the well again...they are desperate with Pennington out for the season, and possibly Freely/Feidler? too according to reports.

Not a bad idea. I actually thought the Jets would try and make him an offer or the Browns.

I think he would be good as a reliable backup or someone that can help your team as a starter if you have alot of talent to surround him with. If Quincy can keep his head on straight, he can use this as an opportunity to audition for future jobs. Also, it is not set in stone that Lossman is the future, so he could find a permanant home.

No, I would not say it made up for the Galloway deal.

I think that because all of these players are young, there stories are yet to be written. Jones and Spears look promising but hey, they may not pan out long term. The other side of the coin is that Losman may not look great right now but he may turn into a good player for them. Still to early to judge IMO.
