We’ll both be 10-3 after we beat them. Unfortunately I think it’s all cupcakes for them after that and tough games for us.
Yep. The last 2 weeks means Dallas has to win out and I don’t know if that will do it.

The 49ers have to beat the Eagles since they’re a common opponent, but unfortunately it goes to Conference record after that and the Eagles lost to an AFC opponent where the Cowboys lost to an NFC opponent.

The Eagles are going to have to lose to the 49ers AND another game AND Dallas has to win out. Just don’t see that happening.

If Dallas can win out (not likely, but playing the what if game here)...

And Philly loses to SF and Dallas, both would be tied. Who wins the tiebreaker?
Both would be 14-3

Common opponents: They beat AZ and we lost to AZ; We beat Jets and they lost to Jets; Split against one another. Both of us lost to SF.

Conference record: They would be 2-1; We would be 0-3;

Eagles win division

If 49ers win out, they win the one seed.

So Buffalo is now 6-6. So that does not count as beating a winning team for the Eagles.
Yes it does bc they were a team with a winning record before eagles just gave them loss. The way yall make excuses is ridiculous, eagles are a good team. I’ve never been an eagles fan but like hurts, smith, and they have legit squad. Is it really that hard to give hurts credit? He just drove down the field and beat another team with a winning record, something Dak struggles with

You get lucky once, not 6 times.

Accept the fact that the eagles are the best team in football and you’ll sleep better at night
You can get lucky 6 times. I can flip a coin 6 times and gets heads every time. It is unlikely, but possible. Pretty elementary.

The Eagles are good, and fortunate. That is a very dangerous combo, but again, every Eagles game I watch I just see a beatable team and not an unstoppable juggernaut.

How do you lose contain on Hurts in OT? The Eagles do not want him to drop back and throw in a bunch of times, they are going to run the back or him in every critical situation if they can. It amazes me how many times teams lose discipline against them.

So true. 2 games in a row where a missed TD gives them life.

That said giving up 30 plus points does not bode well for there D come playoff time
Don’t forget the dropped TD in the 1Q too.

Philthy still won. But eventually this stuff catches up and has a way of eventually evening out. Penalties, drops, etc. Will it be this season?? Next?? We shall see.

They aren’t the Vikings of last year lol….it’s incredibly frustrating watching them and I hope we beat the hell out of them but they are not the Vikings
Should have 4 loses. Dak runs out of bounds that could of won it. Kansas City receiver drops game winner. Bills receiver runs wrong route for game winner.....Their luck just has to END soon:hammer:

I mean, winning one possession games, especially ones where you are -1 turnover ratio, out-gained by 200 yards, only possess ball for 33% of the game, and kick a 59 yard field goal in the rain to tie it and force OT is pretty much the definition of luck in pro sports.
Our head to head game possession time was even the turnover was +1 eagles but penalties were pretty much even. The difference was their QB didn’t take sacks and throw short of end zone when it mattered. Also spanked Miami

We can. Two teams in a row did not execute when they had chances to put the Philth away. They’re not going to give it to you but it can be taken.
We can definitely beat them. Like us, they are a legit contender. Hate to see it

LMAO no matter how bad you want this to be, it isn’t a Dak thread. Embarrassing.

Next week they play the best team they've played all year. The most complete team. I'll be curious to see how that one turns out.

So why can’t the cowboys ever be lucky? Or is there some huge conspiracy to not get the cowboys into the superbowl despite the fact that it would shatter every tv record for the next century?

49ers are our only hope:facepalm:
If that even. Philly can lose the next two and then win out and still take the division. Todays game was massive for the cowboys division odds.

Likely we are back in a situation similar to last season where the last month of the season is mostly meaningless from a standpoint of playoff seeding.
