Yes I am sure any player in the NFL would turn down an easy 3 million.

RGIII was making millions from his team when he accepted his endorsements. Regardless it doesn’t matter...RGIII made a ton of money and that’s good for him. Football is such a risky sport...one hit and you’re done. RGIII would’ve been a fine player if injuries didn’t derail his career.

And he could run an offense that wasn't based on the read option .

I agree with Fletch. There are a lot of players I'd like Dak to try and emulate, Newton is not one of them. That's both on the field and in the way he carries himself. JMO.

This Cam thing reminds me of a Mike Tyson quote from back in the day-

He was having a sort of informal media scrum with a handful of reporters, one of which was female. She tried to join in the conversation and Mike goes "are you speaking out of turn?"...and she's like "no I think we're all just talking together", and he retorts "I don't normally answer questions from female reporters unless I fornicate with them, so you should stop talking..............unless you wanna, ya know". Imagine if Cam said THAT.

Now if he said something like that that would be a problem not this imaginary situation we have now. I can see how some took it the wrong way but I can also see how it could be taken another way. That's my problem with a lot of things nowadays people seem to just look for ways to be offended and jump on people.

Honestly, I didn't find his comments terribly offensive, thought he was more so just being playful. I'm sure though he realized and wished he didn't say the comment, I believe he intended as a harmless joke, as it was coming out of his mouth. I'm not a woman though and obviously those at Dannon aren't giving him the benefit of the doubt here.

They aren't giving him benefit of the doubt because they wanted to grandstand imo. Being realistic if sooo many women drew up X's and O's I don't think this would be a big thing but I really have never heard a woman reporter mention routes like that. I don't watch that much of press conferences but even on the big network shows I haven't really saw it either. I personally was taking it as he was impressed like I was but like I said people bring their insecurities to situations and make it worse. I talked to a few women not the biggest sample size I know and they agreed with me that you don't really see that and were more impressed with her than thinking he was being sexist.

I just wish mainstream sports who have a lot of swag would give that side too instead of seeming like they are pushing an agenda. Everywhere but on mainstream sports shows this topic has been discussed you see both sides but if you just watched tv you'd think everybody thought he was wrong as sin and that's not cool to me.

True but he was dynamic enough to stay relevant if he didn’t lose his legs after his first season. He didn’t have time to learn how to run a legit offense before the injuries took their toll.

Prescott would be toast right now if he lost his legs. I think he will be an outstanding pocket passer but he still has a lot to learn. His ability to roll out of the pocket and keep defenses honest will keep him as a legitimate QB for the time being.

My stance. It was funny and it is one of those things you talk about as seeming odd.
It could be funny, it was funny without being condescending or degrading.

But... with the super sensitive world we live it. It was deemed offensive.


She should have come out with something like. Maybe I could teach you a few things about dotes myself.


I get the point about females breaking into sports and it should be offensive that he said that. But most of the men in sports (fans or players) all think they same way as what he said.

I don't dislike Cam at all. I don't think he's a very good QB but other than that I don't have anything in particular against him. Just seems a bit immature as well which is not ideal at all for QB.
