Bledsoe is carrying this team so far

I don't care what anybody says, but without Bledsoe we could very well be 0-3. I remember when all these Bills trolls were telling me he can't win on the road either. Funny but last time I checked he's gone 6-0 posting some very gaudy numbers dating back to last season with the Jills.

I'm sick of hearing about him patting the ball and staring down receivers too, and that defenses are going to catch up to that...BS I don't buy it.

Bottom line 65%, 850 yards, 7 TD's including 1 rushing.....I honestly didn't think he was going to do this well, but if he keeps it up he's well on his way to yet another probowl. He should add at least 300 more this week in oakland against another hapless secondary.

The defense need to get better fast, we can't play 'cardiac cowboys' type of games every week...eventually it will catch up to us.

I agree, Bledsoe has been the reason we won football games, I expect Julius to take up the load once teams start worrying more about Bledsoe.

I was wrong about Drew.I was not very happy when we signed him.Thank goodness i am not the gm.He is by far the best qb we have had since Troy.Give Drew time and he will chew a defense up.A great pick up.

I think Drew is playing outstanding football right now but the homerism is blinding around here. It's week FREAKIN 3 people. Let's see what he's done at Week 10 or 11 and then start penciling him in as the starter of the Pro-Bowl.

That's right, it's week 3, ... that's all anyone is saying, that after three weeks Bledsoe is playing very well.

Let'em enjoy it !!

We'll deal with week 10 or 11 when they get here.

But for now, Bledsoe has been a pleasant surprise.

Good Thoughts on Bledsoe. I was at the 49ers game and I'll have to admit, he takes some getting used to with the patting of the ball and some of his seeminly conservative decisions as opposed to going down field, especailly against the niners. He pulled out the win, which is always bottom line, but it would have been a ton easier without the two costly picks. Drew handed the Niners 14 points. However, I'm certainly willing to give him the time he needs to gain timing and feel for his receivers. In my mind, the mistakes on Sunday are the only difference between him and a Tom Brady.

Brady made mistakes last week as well, all QB's make mistake it is how some overcome them that is the differance. As for going deep Bledsoe does that very well and knows what he is looking at and what the play is the fan in the stands have no clue to this

Its amazing what a good QB can do when he is given time to throw. Buffalo couldnt protect him and he got killed in the pocket.

Fair response, Brady's got rings though and I want number 6 so bad I'd give my first born. (kidding ofcourse) I'm less concerned about our offense and more concerned about our Defense having a solid game. What a treat for me this year (BayArea fan) as I will be at the Raiders game too! I'm excited to get another look at the Boys against the best 0-3 team in the NFL.

Brady has the rings because he plays on an overall very good team Brady is not winning these games sinlge handed, Pats provide very good defensive play, special teams and offense but the main thing I see with the Pats is how they play as an entire team, they check their ego at the door and play great football as an entire team

I gotta tell you guys...I watched the game on Tivo last night since seeing it live and talk about a different feeling, or perception of the game. I've been to many games and usually after watching it on TV I have the same gut feel about it...not this one for some reason. On TV...other then the two pix Drew looked like a stud. One thing I really noticed is that I can not see any of the other receivers at all down field on the plays he dumps off..that is the huge difference. Most of the time I will have side seats...this game we had a straight on shot from the end zone...I see things you really don't from other angles.

I will whole heartedly admit after the 3rd qtr I was thinking Bledsoe is not the answer...thank goodness for some heart and soul and guts he had a great 4th.

Yesterday I talked about how often Glenn was open and beating his man all over the field...I could not see that on TV...at all. At the game it was obvious as he11...

Anyways...not trying to beat a deadhorse or anything...this is just my opinion and what I saw. On TV...he had a he11 of a game! At the game or not he had a GREAT 4th qtr and he sucked it up when it counted!

Drew handed the Niners 14 points...

One of the two interceptions was a deflected ball that the defender made a controverial yet unbelievable (and valid) catch. That following Parcells going for it on 4th and a fumble. Those things happen when you fire 98 passes through a sea of 46 hands.

Drew is on a pace for 32 TDs 10 Ints. He is on a pace to get 4500 yards, matching a career (and Mannings' career) high (4555, 4557 respectively).

For everyone who says he shouldn't do xyz and he'd be better, what they are saying is "why is he only 8th all time in the NFL? Can't he be 6th or 5th in fewer games than the other greats?" No, he can't. Only Marino could, and to this point (halfway in his career vs Marino) Manning.

Bledsoe is playing very well. Easily the best QB we've had since Troy.

No one will ever compare to Troy to Cowboys fans, but he only had 32,000 career yards. He's clinging to the #19 spot before he won't be on any top 20 charts. However Brady could do the same and make the HOF, and both deserve it on account of Super Bowls.

That might be the beer. Funny that no articles, announcers or news mentioned your discovery that Bledsoe actually played poorly.

Bus drivers throw for yards. Guys like Aikman, Brady, Montana, they win Super Bowls. Big difference in my opinion. Who cares about yards...? the ultimate goal is championships. I guess I just have different standards than some....

Can someone explain to me why Bledsoe has become imortal all of a sudden? I'm just curious. He is playing well...helping us win games. He has made some mistakes, which is to be expected because he's HUMAN! So when someone who did see with their own eyes that he gave the Niners 14 points ...it's not ok to talk about here. We are calling out his 6TD's and 2 pix (Which by the way is GREAT)...he is the best QB since Troy...HANDS DOWN, BUT the simple fact is...he did give the Niners 14 points! PERIOD!

His second pick should not have been thrown (Go look at TIVO)....fine...he's human and will make mistakes. I'm just saying...HE MADE ONE!

Lighten up...he's playing well and winning games....BUT he gave the Niners 14 points....GET OVER IT!

In my mind it's erased because he showed guts and ability to forget and move on and pull the win out in the 4th...that's HUGE.

An unrealistic standard, those QB's who have won SB did it because they played on great teams, it was never the Dallas Aikmans or the San fran Montanas QB's no doubt get the spot light but TEAMS wins championships. You could be the greatest QB of all time but it still takes the entire team to win it all. As important as the QB is he can still only do so much
