with what I have seen in the playoffs. Bledsoe looks real good considering the OL that he had in front. We add more speed and protection this team will have a
real good offense.

Oh, one more thing a OC.

I feel good about next year, and we've done nothing thus far.

Well, we'd better do SOMETHING to fix the protection for our QB, otherwise, same result for next year.

After watching the two Conference championship games today (and last weeks games), when teams are evenly matched with compotent QBs, it's all about pressuring the QB and protecting the QB on passing downs.

As long as we can protect Bledsoe, I believe we have a chance next year.
(As long as we have a kicker and Bill doesn't beat us by his conservative play calling.)

You have reasons for believing that won't happen?

But we face a team like Pittsburgh and they'll do to the Cowboys what they did to the Colts.

The Steelers knew Manning was immobile. With their speed linebackers, they were quick enough to get to Manning. IMO, the same thing would have happened to the Cowboys. Our OL don't have the feet to counteract speed rushers.

Things have to be absolutely perfect for Bledsoe otherwise he's not driving us anywhere but the offseason.

I don't know. We nearly beat Pittsburgh last year with Vinny, who is just as immobile as Drew. If we shore up our protection there's no reason we can't beat Pittsburgh.

Fix that OL in the offseason. I really hope we go after Bentley and Runyan to fill our OL positions. That would complete an already very talented OL.

Larry Allen, Flozell Adams, LeCharles Bentley, Marco Rivera, Jon Runyan

FA OL PICKUPS: LeCharles Bentley, Jon Runyan

Add that to a better offensive line coach, and offensive coordinator and Jones(barring injury) will rush for well over 1,000 yards, Bledsoe will have a hell of a year, and we will all be happy to see the Boys back in the playoffs in 06!!!!!!!!!!! Possibly the super bowl,

oh yea, and GET A KICKER!!!!!!!!!!

The Championship games showed that in the end QBs will play to their reputation. Plummer was loose with the football and Dlehomme tried too hard, forcing things.

Thank God that Bledsoe has a positive reputation, side stepping heavy pressure, never locking onto receivers and playing well in poor weather and big games or I'd be concerned.

I think the Cowboys played 3 of the 4 playoff teams
really tough, and atleast they are on the right track and
should have been in the playoffs.
