Bledsoe made some big plays tonight

The Williams interception was the winning score. But as a whole the team struggled until the fourth quarter. I think tonight Bledsoe and the defense showed that GREAT teams can find ways to win games they shouldn't. This was a game that may define our entire season come late december.

When Bledsoe is pressured he is among the worse qb's in the pocket because of his statuesque nature. But when he has time he makes plays. And tonight the long bomb to price, and the glenn TD were money plays when it mattered.

You could argue this team should be 9-0 or 8-1, but I'll take the 6-3 mark and I like this teams chances the rest of the way.

Bledsoe had at least 5 jailbreaks at him. Guys totally not blocked....

Our Running game was non existent. Clutch last drive allowed us to get in range for Roy play-

WIN

The pick that led to Philthy's 2nd TD was major bone head. But the man never quits. That TD throw to Glenn was a beauty and kept us alive for Roy's big pick.

I'm really excited, this was a monster win that pretty much offsets the deadskin miracle earlier in the year.

My only concern would be the offensive line, I hope they can get back on track after this game and give Bledsoe time so we don't have to play these 'cardiac' cowboy games every week the rest of the season. I think we'll be ok....now the question is do we want the eagles to rebound and beat the midgets next week????

We're going to have to set up the run by establishing the pass.
Our running plays are so predictable that most of them are wasted downs.

Good teams, when kncoked down, and beaten down like rag dolls dont quit, dont give up and keep going, thats waht we did, who cares if Phili owned us all game, we played when it mattered in the fourth quarter, and who won?

Big pass play by Drew but he is too slow in the pocket. Like many have said earlier "when he has time" but when defenses are hostile, he needs to get the ball out of there much quicker than he showed tonight.

With the way the Eagles were blitzing, the quick pass routes should have been there all day. ESPN just showed an example of him missing a hot read to Witten.

We better fix our 'O' line and overall blocking schemes because Drew will not last under pressure and that my friends is not a good thing.

I think the game plan took the ball out of his hands far too often. We had success in the first game by spreading them out, throwing it and running draws. For some reason BP came in with a game plan to use 3 TEs and run it down their throats and it was a disaster. We couldnt convert on 3rd and 3 all game and we should of lost. Im sick of the conservative play calling on the road.

Were not going to see many other 'hostile' defenses. The only team that scares me on our schedule is the panthers. Because they are the real deal, and its going to be a monster game when we go there late in the season. We can beat the midgets and deadskins on the road. Denver and KC will be tough AFC tests at home, but we can beat both if we play our game. This team can very easily finish 6-1 down the stretch if we correct the minor mistakes.

Bledsoe had two big plays (Price and Glenn).

Bledsoe had two really bad plays - the INT and when he missed Glenn when he was about 5 yards behind the Eagles secondary in the first half.

Not true - the Giants can really get after you with Strahan and Osi. They are playing better than Peppers/Rucker.

Washington's defense can be nasty and Denver is no slouch. Otherwise, I agree. With the remaining schedule, Drew could be throwing 30 or more tds this year, which will spell a whole bunch of wins for the good guys :D

I'll take him. Every QB makes mistakes... not every QB makes plays like he's made for us this year.

I would honestly take Drew over Mcnabb and Vick. The guy has a bigger arm and is capable of breaking a game open in one pass of the football. We've already seen it several times over the course of the season. I still can't believe Buffalo would cut a legitimate MVP candidate.

Because of their relative age and potential, McNabb and especially Vick have a lot going for them. With Drew you know what you've got... the good and the bad.

But when he can put a lackluster night behind him and come through when it counts like he did tonight, it's all worth it. The guy's been my favorite non-Cowboy since he entered the league, and I'm thrilled to see him winning games with the Star on his helmet now.

I don't care what some people say... he's a Real Cowboy!

... by my count. Second quarter the floated ball when Glenn was open. The flip interception. Lastly, the miss on Glenn at the start of the fourth when he had beat double coverage down the middle. Did you see the hand chuck the defender made on Glenn to alter his route?

Take away the pick and I'd say Bledsoe had a very nice game... given the play of the oline and running game.

17/24 (70%), which is better than his season average

8.2 yards per attempt, right on his season average
