Its like we didn't even look up and see that they were run blitzing everyone. When you do a simple handoff that is telegraphed a mile away, stuff like that happens. IMO DAK has plenty of time to change the play or he could have just kept the ball and ran around the left side, because there was no one from the Texans there.

Josh Ball was pancaked by the D lineman. That really clogged the line and I think the TE missed his block too.

I agree one of the TEs should have snuck into the end zone like Jeff Robinson used to do back in the Parcells days.

The other team is on the field and they are playing professional football also.

They got off the ball, got in the backfield, and made a play. It's really simple.

Maybe it’s quite that simple. I was scratching my head on that one. All I saw was Ball on the ground behind the LOS and the corner taking a beeline to tackle Zeke.

I get running it down there on first. But second and such what about some misdirection. Some read option.

funny thing thing… same situation came up on that third and goal late. Spread them out… dak handed it to Zeke… but I think dak had the option to keep it on that.

Makes the defense react a split second too late and resulted in a td

To me, it looked as if the offensive lineman were blocking for a QB sneak. Because they seem to just dive to the ground instead of trying to push guys into the end zone. in those situations lineman are taught that, you're running back can't get in if you don't get in. So, they're supposed to push the opposing players back into the end zone, but they didn't even try.

What happened?

Everyone from Stevie Wonder, Andrea Bocelli and the Blind Boys of Alabama could see Zeke was getting the ball. So could the Texans, who stacked the line and converged on Zeke before he could blink an eyelid.

Play was doomed from the start. Or I should say before the start.
