Probably 9. Though they have kept 8 before, and 10 at one time. However that was because they had some injuries as a few were expected to miss a game or 2. But they were not long term injuries to have them on short term IR.

I would try to keep ten but it may be nine. Current backups they probably want to keep.

Kneeland - looks like the real deal both against run and pass
Liufau- very active. I’m brought him on lots of blitzes.
Beebe- snaps looked okay. Got lots of reps at RG too. Still behind Hoffman for sure at this point
Carson- total steal. He is already the first off the bench on the outside. Could get lots of reps early on as Diggs ramps up
