Can't, for the life of me, figure out why people are so down on Hogan. I think he's a sure thing.

He's got all the physical attributes and the stats to back him up.

Oh, but he throws it funny.

Hogan is one of the most intriguing prospects. I can't for the life of me understand why he isn't more highly regarded.
