That’s what I love about the blow it up and start from scratch crowd. Still going to take 3-4 years to rebuild. Why not try to catch lighting in a bottle and rebuild the D and see how much better we are with a legit D

Only offense I would take consistently over ours is Kansas City

Sounds reasonable. But help me here, how you gonna rebuild the D when all your cap is being paid to Dak? Serious question, how does that happen?

1-2 changes on offense ... if that. Possibly getting a new LG in Slater. But I believe Smith and Collins will be back in full strength. We likely draft a special teams WR / RB later and a few OL depth guys

Dak
Zeke, TP
Coop, Gallup, Lamb
Jarwin, Schultz
Smith, Collins
Williams, Martin
Biadasz
I'm thinking TE in the first rd,OT in rd 2,collins injury is a big question mark, guard in the 3rd,do you really trust williams?

Google Carolina Panthers 2020 draft. They went entire defense last draft. Went from near bottom to middle of the pack and ascending. You draft defensive heavy, grab a few Quinn guys (Allen, Kazee, Harris) and pray it works. If the defense can continue getting takeaways and play middle of the road ball, we will be there come playoff time

I could start every Monday saying “it’s happening this week” and I’ll be right once. Just sayin

Oh for goodness sakes, 26 years of no Super Bowls and you can't muster up at least some optimism?

NOTHING is guaranteed in NFL football, if we don't have hope we have nothing, sorry I can't be a Cowboys fan that way....
He’s a Karen. Go figure.

I hope it happens, and all the midgets who want him gone can leave this board for good!

(I know, I know wishful thinking - they have nothing else to do and won't after he's signed either)

Im going

1st - CB or LB
2nd - FS or CB
3rd - DT, OT or LB. we have two picks here
4th - LB or DT

BPA here on out. Comp picks are huge and vital for us this draft

Google Carolina Panthers and Super Bowl Champions. The point is to win it, how many times has this organization won it? So again I ask, explain it to me because "Google A Team Who Hansn't Won Squat" kinda falls short.

1 change of scheme from Nolan and 2 you are not replacing every defensive player. Draft and likely mid level FA. Some restructuring of contract likely will happen as well.

This process isn't going to take a season. Even the Panthers had their flaws but they took a huge jump. And that's all I want. Going draft heavy now will benefit us later when those guys develop.

They were in a complete rebuild. You asked how to rebuild the defense. Simply put, if our defense plays similar to what Carolina did in one season, we have a chance to win it all.

You invest and double down on positions of need on defense and sprinkle in a few Quinn guys

Yes, because that's worked so well in the pasts right? No, I'm asking the poster who made the statement.
