We're lucky to have Will McClay.

To get Osa, Golston and Wright with three measly 3rd round picks really sets this franchise up for success.

Drafting well all of the time.
Add Joseph to that string of 4 incredible consecutive premium picks.

BAD:

Ownership not getting WRs into camp
Bad coaching. Too many penalties and no accountability
Disagree with your idea of bringing in more WRs as I really like the backups we have, and nm yesterday's game because we had terrible people throwing to them

the rest of what you said, agree with ya

Jerry's biggest offseason mistake will be his failure to get another starting caliber OT that could compete with Steele with loser being the swing tackle.

Think Wright will be OK, always in position, just need to make plays on the ball the td catch should've been easily knocked down with his height

I personally think Wright is getting reamed, but he was right there on those passes. I bet he shows better in the next few games.

Wright and Mukuamu were bad draft picks. Adding fuel to my dislike of 6'4" DB's.

Sean McKeon puts in good effort when run blocking. He's lighter, but better than Shultz in that regard. Ferguson is lock, so how about we save the money and cut Shultz. McKeon has been here long enough to know the offense. I say save the money, because our offensive line isn't going to allow us to make a real playoff run anyway.

Joseph played ok not great but ok. The WR just got the better of him. If his upper hand swipe had hit the ball in the endzone, we would have a different perspective on him today. He is on the receivers like glue he just needs more experience IMO. He will get there.

I don't really have a problem with that holding. It sort of looked like he tugged the lineman. Maybe questionable, but plays like that are going to get the attention of the the refs especially when the RB is coming through your hole.

I thought Ball was terrible in my quick view. I was already not a fan due to his past. I don't care if he has changed. If he is not a stud, I would rather just move on. The next few games are going to be important for his career.

I thought Bossman fats looks pretty ordinary too. I am surprised he was not on the bad list.
I am concerned about oline depth and swing tackle in particular.
We really did a poor job addressing both this off season.

Nobody should be shocked that Wright stinks. Taking him round 3 was an abomination.

I blame the team more than the kid in this case

That was a profile pick for sure............ long and lean, like Quinn likes his CBs.

Two glaring issues last night that shows fans on this board are often smarter than Jerry and Stephen.

1 - It's clear as day they don't have enough at WR. They can't tread water with Tolbert and Brown waiting on Gallup to get better. There should have been a vet WR in camp within days of Washington getting hurt. This team is going to struggle if they think Lamb and Schultz can hold the fort while running out rookies and JAGs at the other two WR spots

2 - How they thought they didn't need a veteran swing OT is peculiar but again fans on this board knew it and last night, at least for one game, vindicated them. Ball was awful. I saw some fans trying to argue that they have Smith to play OT if the other Smith gets hurt but that's a bit of revisionist history. Smith was drafted to be the starting LG. He was not drafted and the reason why we didn't bring in a vet OT.

I don’t think it’s a stretch to say they see Tyler Smith as the LT of the future. If I’m not mistaken, it was mentioned during the draft that the Joneses like that potential.

i think he'll be a good player...just needs to play.
like you said...he was in the right spot.
loved the move he made to make the int.
the hand fighting needs to get cleaned up so it'll stand.
his length is gonna cause problems for people once he gets more battle tests.
he looked better than last year.

Both DiNucci & Rush need to go. Why they rehired Rush after NY released him is a mystery. And DiNucci couldn't even be a starter at a high school level. Ridiculous. They need a decent backup, period. This is worse than the kicker dilemma.
