Right up the middle normally will be the fastest sacks.

I would if I was him. People talk about this team having no passion or heart and as soon as a guy who has struggle shows some fire he is mocked for it. That 1 play is not going to make Carpenter a star or change the fact that his career in Dallas thus far has been disappointing but a guy stepped up timed the snap and made a big play when the game was still on the line. He celebrated and Brooking was right there with him celebrating right along side him

Sorry, not trying to be touchy but when so many pile on around here sometime things become assumed. I apologize for that. Carpenter no doubt has taken a lot of heat and rightfully so but I’ll always give credit when a guy steps up and makes a play.

The dude did have Hasselhoff on the ground before the play even started it seemed. If it's so easy, why hasn't Ware done it?

I haven't seen anything like that from our D in a long time. That's pressure. Our D loved seeing it.

Coming right off the center is a pretty short distance. Carpenter hit the snap count just right and was by the Olineman before they knew what happened. I like the fact Dallas has been sending James, Brooking and Carpenter at times on the blitz up the middle even if you don't get there you force the QB outside where you have guys like Ware waiting for him

Regardless the distance, I haven't seen any other MLB's on other teams included, get there as fast as he did.

Do you know why he was able to get there so quick? Becuase Julius Jones was so preoccupied with double teaming Ware that he got there too late.

Also because Carpenter faked the blitz through the first A gap and then went through the second. A straight line is always the shortest distance and Ware doesn't get the chance to get in the backfield untouched like that from his position.
