Bobby Wagner & Von Miller?

We could use Miller's 9 sacks.
Dang, I thought maybe you were being facetious, but I looked it up and he really did have 9 sacks for Washington. Pretty impressive at his age. I wouldn’t hate having that in our rotation....plus the mentorship he could provide to the younger guys.

People saying no to Wagner are crazy lol

He still played at a very high level last season, and would REALLY help our run defense.

No, they are progress stoppers at this point. Their limited play only takes away from a younger player for which they are trying to build a long term successful team.

Miller and / or Wagner will not put this team into the SB. Especially on a handful of plays a game. Let the young guys play and learn.
For the most part, I agree..... I also feel with just Von Miller's presence in the locker room, I sense a difference in Defense for the better. The respect he would get from fellow teammates..... . But again, that's just my opinion.

Parker brought in two linebacker asst. coaches of his choosing. I imagine he wants them to mentor the team’s linebackers. Not defer to a vet whose primary responsibility is playing linebacker keeping younger players off the field. And one entirely off the roster.

There are others in front of them already to keep. So you would be looking at cutting 4 players.
Actually Bell is a safety, so go short at that position to keep a part time LB. No.

I still say Bell and Liufau are possible trade candidates for late round picks. And Schoonmaker.

None of them Liufau Schoon Bell would get much of anything in a trade . Churn that roster Jimmy .

I recently rewatched our game against Washington last Christmas and Wagner was average at best. He seemed slow to get to point of attack and just washed out of plays. He seemed to be better at blitzing and droping back in zone.

They desperately needed Wagner in 2022, but they decided that Damone Clark and his busted neck was a better option.

They don’t need Wagner here now. Progress stopper.

I truly hope the rumor that Quinn asked for him and was rejected is very false.

If not, there’s your Stephen Jones roster building philosophy in a nutshell.

Besides, the fact that his buddy Quinn doesn’t want him tells me he is about cooked. Pass please.

Miller? I’m indifferent but I wouldn’t be surprised to see him here on the cheap.
