Isn't it time we should get Bollinger ready to play. Anytime we have more than 8 yards to go on 3rd down, he dumps it off or throw it short. BJ does not have the are to throw it long.

Yes. We have no chance against the Giants with Brad Johnson. But Bollinger isn't going to be effective at this point.

I never in my life would have ever thought these words would come out of my mouth as a Cowboys fan, but.........We got NO SHOT to beat the Giants next week unless Bollinger starts. Johnson simply can't get the ball to WR's.......and how about running some crossing routs occasionally to get freakin' TO or Crayton open?

With Brad, you can expect the Giants will be doing some heavy blitzes to keep us in 3rd and long situations. It would be another Arizona Cardinals Part Two type game.

Agreed, Brad is just as bad as any rookie could possibly be out there. His only saving grace was that this time the defenders dropped all the would-be interceptions.

the only saving grace brad has is that he takes a beating and hangs on to the football. not sure what bollinger would do with a beating like that.

This is why I am hoping Felix Jones can make it back next week. We are going to need to run the ball a lot with Brad against the Giants and having MBIII and Felix in the backfield and catching screens gives us a good chance.

At least Bollinger can hit wide open WRs and run

TO was wide open and would have had a TD, but Brad was too wide with the pass. Then on the touch pass to I don't remember, he threw it too low and Brooks knocked it away. That would have been another TD. I think they still scored a TD on that drive though.

Brad just can't cut it anymore. He is one helluva holder, but other than that, he is garbage. Keep him around for his knowledge, but that is about it.

I'm all for making this change at QB as long as Bollinger knows the playbook.

You guys are dreaming if you think Brad isn't starting at QB next week.

1. As lousy as he played, and he did miss a lot of open guys and opportunities to put up more points, he did QB the winning team, engineered two long drives, and threw the TD to Roy.

2. IN a game when the defense finally delivered, it was critical to have a QB who didn't take a wild chance and turn the ball over...he didn't fumble or throw an int.

3. As bad as he was, he was a heck of a lot better than last week, so there's the hope that he'll be a little better next week and hit some of those open receivers.

There's no way we're changing QBs at this point going into the bye week with Romo.

Let's just hope the defense plays this well against the Giants, which begins by STopping their very good running game. Our punt coverage team has to step it up huge next week...they almost lost us the game this week, allowing double digit returns every single time until a fair catch at the end.

Brad needs to play a little better...the OL needs to take another step forward...Roy needs to be even more active. We need a competitive game next week...a win would be incredible with the injuries we're playing with. Imagine if the Giants were without Eli...this year they have Carr, but last year their backup was Lorenzon.

I would sacrifice Brad to the Giants....knowing full well that they will knock him out but the Giants will not have game planned for Bollinger but secretly give Bollinger extra snaps this week. Its Dallas only chance.

I think Romo will be back before Felix...slightly torn hammy...I don't want to rush that puppy at all.

I agree about RW, but I think the only way Roy is more active is if whoever is at QB can get him the ball. I don't understand why we didn't run some quick slants the way 88 used to. You can't defend that, or TO or Crayton running crossing routs. Johnson obviously can't get it downfield. I thought TO had a step on Taleb that time and had to slow up for the football. I was way wrong in that I thought we would actually get some stability from Johnson, but he is really bad. REALLY BAD, and aint now way we are runnin' it against the Giants. They will have 14 men on the line and BEGGGGGGGG Johnson to throw it 15 yards.
