My brother has the Foreman bbg grill. I need to ask him if it's any good.
any results?JerryAdvocate;2770053 said:I got the Perfect Pushups from the TV
Hostile;2770025 said:I have never bought anything from a TV Infomercial or from a phone solicitor. However, someone gave us a George Foreman Grill as a Christmas gift one time and I actually like it. I'm pretty sure they sell it in stores now, but at the time we got it they didn't.

I think you should save your money and just get a bathrobe and turn it inside out. It is eventually the same thing.WoodysGirl;2770240 said:That's actually a good idea. I usually just get 'em all at the same time. It makes sense to stretch it out throughout the year. Hmm. I'm gonna do that next year.
Definitely checking it out next time I go to Walgreens.

They really work your arms, chest, and even your abs to some degree.
But naturally like most workout equipment I have kinda forgot about them until I read this thread.
But just like anything, as long as you keep working out you will see results.

what do you do after you've reached 50 reps?
the kid 05;2770986 said:not to sound fruity but do you have any before and after of the arms?
i'd recommend adding weight on top of your back but dont over do the machines capacity

I guess I could put some weight plates on my back, I'll start off with 5 and go from there, thanks for the advice
tomson75;2771024 said:Even better...go to Lowe's (My favorite place on the planet) and buy two lengths of some fairly heavy chain. You only need one for pushups....you just set the length on your back...more coils for more weight, and have the two ends drape over your sides. As you push up, you push more weight for progressive resistance. You can do two chains after the resistance one provides seems too light. The same can be done for bench press, and a ton of other exercises. Use your imagination.
