Well, I only have five left. We just started selling them, I really wanted them feeding off of thier mothers for the first 10 weeks. I am sure you can tell, they are very heathly little guys.

Anyway, I did gain a pup. Some lady bought a Boxer from someone else. She decided she didn't want him. Shows up at my home and tells me, if I don't take him he's going to the pound. I really didn't have a choice. So I adopted a puppy. He's a sick little guy, just skin and bones. Half the size of my dogs. We are going to nurse him back, than find him a home. We will probably just give him to a loving family. I'll get picks of him later.

Yes, I'm selling them. They are wonderful, as you can see they are very healthy.

My wife loves this breed and she's been wanting to get a puppy. I will talk to her about it. We'll have to decide if we are ready for one right now. We are renting (no yard), have 2 cats and a little boy. We're thinking about moving into a different place, one with a yard.

I will get back to you. It might be too late for these pups by the time we actually find a place and move (i'm sure they'll be sold by then).

Thanks for sharing...I love dogs.

My lab had a problem this week. She couldn't open her mouth past half way and if she did...she would cry. Took her to the vet and they had to sedate her and I had to leave. I'm 6'4", 240#s, and can bench 400#'s...big tough guy...I cried for an hour. She's my best friend...

She has some disease where her bottom jaw bone on one side is inflamed and closing off her throat. They have her on anti-inflammatories and pain meds. The vet said I caught it very early and she should be good to go soon. He said most dogs that have this eventually lose the ability to open their mouths and need to be fed a liquid diet.

Sorry for rambling...just needed to vent.

I'm with you bud. My labs are 14 and 15 years old. They are hanging in
there but everything is going south. The hearing, the eysite, the hips... Last year I took them for a checkup and I really thought it was the end for Sam the older one. I was on the phone with my mom crying like a baby. He's OK for now, but I know the clock is ticking...

Back to the OP, those guys are beautiful. I've thought that when it's time for new pups, boxer might be the way to go.

14 and 15 is great! Enjoy every day my man. Not sure I could ever get another breed other than a lab. So loyal, energetic, playful, and a great companion. My girl is only 5 and she will be spoiled every day for the rest of her life.

That top one is absolutely gorgeous.

They all look good but that top one is really nice.

Yeah, tigger is gorgeous. If I could have kept one it would have been his sister. She looked just like him. I would keep him, but I already have one male, with two females. I wouldn't want to have to make a choice between the two males later in life.

It is hard not to feel so emotional when a dog that has been with you for many years passes. They become family. Day in and day out, when you come home its like they've won the lottery they are so happy to see you, even if its leaving for a short errand.

Doesn't matter my friend. I'm 6', 190 lbs, .. a year ago we had to put our 14 yr old dog to sleep. As a matter of fact it was Feb 17, one year ago today.

Very difficult thing to do.

But we have another puppy now, .. he has helped heal my broken heart.

He will never replace my old dog, I know, ... but he is a great little guy and has been awesome.

I have always considered it a relationship of give and take. We give them a home and the attention they need and in return they give us unconditional love. When I lost my Golden Retriever it hurt but I knew I gave her a good life, after about 3 months I knew it was time to get a new dog her name is Bailey and I have had her now 2 years and it is still the same deal as before I give her a home and a good life and she in return gives me her unconditional love, even when I'm not in the mood for it. :laugh2:

I love my Golden Retriever (Gracie) to death, but I could deal without the massive hair clumps she leaves all over the house! It's unreal. We have a Furminator and do it often, yet still every day we must clean it up.

I don't want to even get into the dog hair all over your clothes. Wearing black is NOT an option! :laugh2:

I'll take the trade off. :D

Bailey is the 3rd Golden I have owned and really feel in love with the breed
