This is mind-boggling. The man has been coaching here a decade. He's had how many offensive coordinators? How many different people, including himself, calling plays? How many defensive coordinators? What could we possibly have NOT seen yet from him that would prove to be any better than what we've seen so far?

On one hand - it's ridiculous that a HC has to request this.

On the other hand - this team is so mismanaged in critical situations. E.g. 4th quarter clock management. And that's without Garrett calling plays.
