The plan is to give JG a headset that he would wear at home on game days. It will not be turned on or connected to anything just like the last nine years . He will yell plays at the television from home while clapping profusely for good, bad, and indifferent plays and will hideout at home during the week instead of going to practices. Jerry will tell him now that he’s the “super secret” coach from home and no one can know, only them.so secret even the players won’t know that JG is still their coach.

He doesn't mismanage timeouts and challenges because its not part of his playbook. Therefore, things like that get ignored.
