Two things killed RG3 as I remember; Shanny forcing him "through" an injury and his lack of work ethic.

Feel free to correct me, because it's been a long time and I don't follow the skins closely.

That said the guy was immensely talented and if he his physically capable and has his head on straight he's worth a look. Those are two huge "ifs."

Lacks the head for the game at QB. He got exposed, and it was ugly.

Come one man, he was a back-up in a system that catered to his skill set to the tee and he flat out sucked.

I get Ravens games locally where I live. He only ever played in the 4th quarters of games that were decided by 3 TDs and by then they pulled every good player handed the ball off a bunch and he had to try and throw to the 4th and 5th WRs (who have a habit of not knowing the routes).
