swoosh,, you miss the bigger picture. Like a near miss bus passing by an inch in front of your face.
Ofcourse Brady is a Cheating A hole, didnt intend to make that debatable.
Big picture is BRADY cheated. Smoking guns all over the Wells report.
That's what the big picture to NON Patriot fans.
Coming out and slamming the NFL after he said he had nothing to do with it....

The equipment manager called himself 'the Deflator".

Brady called and texted him a dozen times after the AFCCG. Then wouldn't turn over his phone.

Oh yeah, all the NE balls were deflated and the IND balls weren't.

Go ahead and move this thread, whatever, but if you dont see how this directly relates to the league, Goodell, and how it impacts Greg Hardy, than you guys are really quite blind, and quite honestly loose all my respect.

Has nothing to do with Hardy - see "conflate."

I'm not a Brady fan, I really can't stand the guy.
My disgust for Goodell has been festering for so long, that I guess what I was trying to say, is that I just wish someone of Brady stature in this league, could just come out and put Goodell and his cronies in their place for once.
IMO, Goodell has changed this game for the worse, and it will never be what it once was.
Sorry, I was blowing up, and not making much sense.

Agree, except not with Tom Cry Brady. Just about anybody but him. I want him to miss the 4 games and have his "legacy" tainted and tarnished for all time!

Financially I am sure you couldn't be more wrong.
NFL/football-wise you couldn't be more wrong.

If football ever goes back(wards) to what it once was then we are not evolving/advancing... We are in effect going backwards.

So what else you got?

Brady should have said all this when it first came up. Instead he lied and hampered the investigation. This should have all been over in a day or two after it happened and then the fines and penalties would have been fairly minimal. Because of his own actions he allowed everything to fester and turn into a bigger ordeal than it should have. It is too late for him to come in and now say he likes lower inflation on the football and it is not a big deal. He made it a big deal and now he has to deal with it.

You think he is going to admit to it before the superbowl? That is ludicrous. If he is guilty he denies it and refuses to incriminate himself. If he is innocent he denies it but co-operates fully or tarnishes his rep and then he might as well be guilty. This is about reputation. The league or the player gets a blackeye. League usually wins that battle.

That isn't more ludicrous than what Brady and the Patriots actually did. They lied and lied badly.
