kind of like the NFCE of the '70s. Want to knock Roger Staubach for that?
Similar to the 49er dynasty, they played in the sorry NFC West in their heyday as compared to having to come out of the NFC East in those days. But kudos to the Patriots very hard to do, Landry coached the Cowboys to 10 NFC Championship games to put it in perspective, Staubach played in 6.....It's a shame that they have felt the need to cheat over the years. He's got the talent to be one of the best all time without the cheating. I guess some people can't help themselves. The sad part is that will always be part of his legacy.
Goodell could have nipped it in the bud by aggressively suspending and fining Belichick and the Patriots after SpyGate. There's no CBA for coaches and it would have sent the message that any further cheating would be risky since the penalty is so severe that if you don't make the Super Bowl, it's really not worth it. But, Goodell didn't and it prompted the Patriots to find new ways to cheat. At least with SpyGate you could claim that Brady probably didn't know and/or was just following orders. With DeflateGate you can't claim that.
It also shows how important it is to play in a horrendous division. When your best QB in the division (sans Brady) over the past 15 years is Ryan Tannehill...life becomes easier to win HFA in the playoffs. It goes to show how important QB play is as the Bills and Jets (and to a lesser extent the Dolphins) have had top notch pass defenses over the years, probably in a strategy to counter Brady....but, they have never figured out the QB position and they can't compete because of it.

I didn't do a full research but as a quick reply Washington won the Super Bowl in the 70s didn't they? Who even reached the superbowl from the afce in the last 20 year?
And as I said.. I have full respect for him .. but he had it easy playing in that division, and he only took off after their veteran defense was gone .. the first 3 SBs they won he didn't look that special to be honest .. contrary to Montana and Aikamn ..
Still a top 3 QB of all time
how gullible can people be?
As an intellectually sound adult I know theres no way one team can make a conference chmpionship that many times with the same QB unless things are manipulated.
Its bogus no matter what
it would look manipulated if they did it with a bunch of different QBs.
Brady was fitting the ball into unbelievable tight spaces the whole game including some tipped balls. Keep believing those conspiracy theories though, funny stuff.same team, same difference. Its obvious. You cant say its really hard to get there a first or second time and then say 'but they are just better then everyone else'
football cliches are just a bunch of childish contradictions.
the KC game, no one gets near Brady and they throw the ball all day with no defenders getting near any receiver. Its bullcrap.

you have to a special brand of stupid to believe Kansas City's defense was letting the Pats catch passes. I'm sure Eric Berry beat cancer, got back out on the field and then just stood there and let the Pats catch passes.I believe in reality. You cant make it to that many conference finals in reality.Nothing in your life is that magical and wonderful and consistent.
tight spots? defenders are right there just letting the receiver catch the ball, its that simple.
I know sports is staged otherwise it wouldnt be the same 6 teams near the top year after year after year.
Whether you like him or hate him, it's hard to argue that Brady is the best QB of his era, and in the conversation for the best that ever played. He has accomplished this with wholesale changes at the skill positions over the course of his tenure. It's an impressive feat.
I'm not sure but Adam shefter was on ESPN radio and said that basically single handedly got this deal done. That as little as 48-72 hours before the deal the other side was almost in the bag
LA market would generate more $$$ for the owners. Jerrys little slice would be worth more. Always follow the money.why would Jerry Jones care which team moves to LA?
