Brady Quinn could reportedly be shopped by Cleveland in the offseason.

Browns fans would love this. Atlanta, Chicago, Carolina, Minnesota, and Baltimore are named as possible landing spots for the former Notre Dame star. The Panthers and Bucs were known to be interested in Quinn before last April's draft. This is all assuming Cleveland extends Derek Anderson.

Thats premature.

He should ride the bench for 2-3 years.... this other QB is no lock... un proven

It would be pretty ironic if the Browns were able to get a higher first rounder than the one they gave us. :)

We all so got their high 2nd last year.

Quinn is the next Henson waiting to flame out. He will stick a tad longer than Henson as he did not quit football.

If there is any credence that Browns are shopping Quinn - step back and ask - Why?

Cause Derek Anderson is playing awesome. If you can extend a guy whose probably going to hit 30 TDs this year and then trade Quinn for a 1st rounder, why wouldn't you?

Nors I don't know you, I actually asked about you on your vacation, but after reading many of your posts I gotta wonder about you. I mean, I don't really know why they banned you before, but in all honesty you say some ignorant ****. Now, I want you to understand ignorant isn't an insult, I myself am ignorant about a ton of things, I just usually don't talk about those things.

Exactly, they now have a proven NFL QB and a overhyped QB in Quinn that can't throw an accurate pass. I would trade him, but then again maybe they should not have flushed all those picks to get him.

4 years ago it was ignorant to diss and question The Henson. Well I did not start this thread but if Indeed Cleveland is already shopping Quinn that is a major red flag.

Actually I did a lot of research on Quinn and I always worried about his suspect accuracy in the NFL. Pedigree and name players are not always givens.

The Brady's, Rom's, Anderson's of the world pawn them every now and then!

I think he's a RFA after the season...will be interesting to see what they do

Quinn, is not the next Henson, not even close.
Henson was just sorry.

the accuracy thing is a legit concern, it was cited by a number of draft people when rating him...not so much accuracy on the short stuff, but on the intermediate routes especially and some stuff down the field....his arm strength is nothing more than average to above average so he struggles when having to make certain throws...you could easily see it when he was on the field at ND, especially his final season

I'm a Notre Dame fan and Nebraska, so other than the Cowboys my teams are being taken to task, but it will be corrected in the offseason.

Now, I never saw Quinn have any problems putting the ball where it needed to be the last 2 seasons at ND, his freshman and soph year yeah. but not the Junior and senior yr.

Those draft gurus and these so called experts, it is so many, there are only may 2 or 3 that I actually pay listen too.
