11/15/2009 - Dallas had no points.(7 in garbage time)

A slew of 3 and outs.

Romo threw a pick six in the red zone.

The guy can't play...............

1989 - Dallas Cowboys 1-15. Troy Aikman.

The guy can't play...............

Don't hate the player, hate the game, bro.

Wait, we have another Quinn fan in here? How did this board get the only two Brady Quinn fans in existence?

Did you read something that I didn't post? Please, enlighten us.

Wrong.

Probably just as much as you do.

Judging by how great Quinn looked tonight I continue to stand by my previous statement. You're wrong about Romo, you're wrong about Quinn, and I'm not in the least bit shocked that you'll continue to act like you aren't.

This just in...400 yards passing and 3 TDs isn't as impressive as it used to be.

Yeah, you seem to be defending a crappy quarterback by comparing him to two good to great quarterbacks. Care to enlighten me where I'm going wrong?

I wasn't 'defending' anyone. Commenting and using a very valid comparison to an asinine statement. Consider yourself enlightened. This one's on the house.

Assumption can be an ugly thing..................

I disagree. I think Laron is having a rough year, but he is a good player.

I dunno Hos... watching all their games this year, the guy can't cover to save his life, and now he's scared to tackle anyone.

The guy's pro resume is pretty thin at this point. Far more 15 yard bone-head penalties than big plays.

Better question is how is this a "very valid" comparison? Considering Quinn hasn't shown any flashes up to this point that would even hint at him being in the class of a Troy Aikman or a Romo, I don't see this valid comparison. Romo had shown more in his second or third game than Quinn has shown at any point in his career, and Aikman had shown by his third year he was clearly a capable quarterback. I'm appreciative of the free lessons and all, but you might need to hand another this way because you haven't managed to drive your point into my hard head yet.

Game was pretty ugly offensively but seriously that team is in need of alot more.

Line is porous and when a rookie is your #1.. you have some issues.

Good effort Brady.

Maybe he meant he'd accumulate that over the remainder of the season.

Aikman had more passing ability in his pinkie finger than Quinn has in his whole body. The only two things in common I see between them is they both play QB and they both QB'd awful teams. Quinn has nowhere near the arm strength or accuracy, and is nowhere near the athlete Aikman was.

As for your other comparison, Romo didnt throw a pick 6 in the redzone...never looked as hopeless as Quinn did last night and played in a game where the OL mailed it in for a game.

Brady played a lot better last year. This year the coaching staff is pathetic on offense and the talent level has dropped. The whole offense looks like they have pretty much given up.

That is not a good effort. A performance of 13 completions, 31 attempts, 42.0% completion percentage, 99 yards, 0 TDs, 2 INTs and a 23.5 QB rating is nothing close to a good performance. And I don't think those stats tell the whole story. He looked worse.

A good effort? The guy can't make a good decision when throwing the ball past 10 yards down the field. He is absolutely horrible. It's totally ridiculous you cannot see this.

13-31 for 99 yards and 2 INTs w/ a 23.5 rating.

If Romo did that, you would be *****ing about him for weeks on end..

Wow a whopping 13 of 31 for 99 yards and 2 ints. Not even up there with Vince Young. :lmao2:

Romo isnt throwing to Mohamed Massaqoui and Mike Furrey, playing behind a crapola line, while having 30 year old bad knees/ankles Jamal Lewis carrying the team and playing for one of the worst coaches in the league.

He is a bad situation and will rebound in Carolina next year.

At least he didnt underthrow his HOF WR into triple coverage with Ed Reed playing centerfield behind a seasoned OL and wonderboy playcaller.

Get serious noobs....
