Difference is that I recognized when he sucked.
Unlikely. You can't even recognize what defensive alignment we're in. You are fantastic at looking at the INT stat line on NFL.com, though.

I think there are alot of people who would argue that Marshall is the most physically talented WR in the NFL....and the Dolphins just stole him. Granted he seems to be a pretty despicable person off the field, but on it he's incredible. The only problem he's ever had with regards to football operations was a very legitimate one with his contract (i.e. T.O. in Philly, except worse) which his arrogant, worthless head coach made into a bigger deal than it needed to be.

Pretty phenomenal pickup by the Phins brass.

But Parcells doesn't trade for problem players? Of course it's a steal and there is nothing phenomenal about it. It's not like the 'brass' went out and found a diamond in the rough. They just got a guy from an offense that played very conservative, but still came down with a 20 plus catch performance. The guy is a beast...

Remember those times when you would rail on people for liking Romo?

Good times.

What about when Marco Rivera was going to save the offense?

No need to draft another blitzer with Kevin Burnett on the field!

But your expertise doesn't just stop at talent evaluation. Here's a nice post where you show that you had no clue what a nickel defense was, one of the most basic concepts in football. Yes, folks, that's a nickel defense with a 3-4 alignment and 4 defensive backs. But we "might" go to a 4 man line in the nickel defense.

I don't like doing this, but I wanted to make a point. If you want to go through the advanced search routine, be prepared to have it come back on you.

Here's you clamoring to sign the guy:

But the love didn't stop when we signed him:

And after his first full season, you wanted a long term deal:

I tell you, you're a full-fledged scouting genius!!!!

I'd say it's about time. I had Chris Johnson, the zone blitz and Ken Hamlin hanging over his head for awhile now.

You've got that and your budding career as an Olive Garden waiter.

Honestly, it's just jealousy on my part. I admit it.

Don't be glib. You just broke even on the board. Celebrate.
