I started drinking this breakfast shake Monday morning and this is my 2nd day of drinking it and I gotta tell you I feel very energized and refreshed after having it.
I actually got it off youtube from a professional athlete / health nut BJ Penn.

I havent got any of the liquid viatamin yet that he uses in this video but I used everything else.
I also put frozen strawberries in mine instead of frozen berries but either works fine.
Since its strawberry season I went for them instead and its really good.
So basically its
Oatmeal, Vanilla protein powder, Frozen berries, banana, water, and a little ice.
I wouldn't post this if I didnt feel great so soon after drinking it. You guys should give it a try.
