That's not usually true.
I see the same type of threads started here by several member, many long timers.
For the amount of traffic that ES has, the Mods do a pretty good job. They ban as many Commanders fans as non-Commanders fans. Hell most of the people that are on the "No New Threads" list are Commanders fans.




You are reaching here. Most of the examples that are brought up are from years ago. Remember I have been here that long. Hos and other mods bully rival fans just a frequently. Don't be naive.

I don't think I do. I will jump if someone is just trolling, but I go out of my way to be respectful of other teams fans if they are here to talk football.

I have publicly threatened a ban one time that I remember. I have publicly announced 2, maybe 3. 99 times out of 100 I mod in private.

haha. I didn't say they didn't derserve it. I didn't mean it as a negative, more of a balance of what reality is between the boards.

Say for instance my first post on this board was...

"Hey Cowboys fans just here to talk about the last time you won a playoff game".

That is unfortunately more of the norm (in reversal) than not when Cowboys fans initially post on ES.

Trolls are trolls and that's fair game for everyone, same thing happens on ES.

My point is that I don't bully rival fans. I don't bully anyone. A bully is someone who makes threats. I don't do that.

I make some of them look stupid. I do that to some Cowboys fans too. But I don't seek out rival fans to pick on. To my knowlegde I've never done that to anyone.

I've practically begged Tom the Giants fan to post here. The Broncos fan who joined right before the the #2 PS game was a great addition and I hope he'll come back. Some of the Saints fans from last year were very cool.

I get pissed when someone comes here with lame smack, like "we swept you in 2005" but they don't want to talk about any other year. Or 14-13 as if that was the most important score in History. I have very little tolerance for trolling and I speak up.

But I assure you I would do that whether I was a Mod or not. Not one time when making those trolls look foolish have I ever threatened them which is what a bully does.

I threatened some Eagles fans about 2 years ago. That was one of 2 times I have threatened a ban publicly. The other time was way back on the old site. I have boasted of a ban maybe 2 or 3 times. Once being when Philo and TheProphet were banned this off season.

I don't see either instance as bullying. Grandstanding? Yeah, probably a little of that.

This poster was like a Spartan (no surrender; no retreat). Hos gave this Eagles fan a chance to demonstrate his abilities without humiliation. The Eagles fan wa banned, but sufficient justification was given every step of the way.

No ...while Hos is a stubborn, hard-headed person (stop me at any time )that doesn't put up with too much crap by opponent fans, he's no bully.
I actually model at least one-third of my Mod skills from Hos ...

That sounds a lot like a troll no matter what MB you frequent. If you look and smell like a troll ...chances are you've got troll stains all over your pants for a reason.

I don't throw stones, I'm merely being honest ...but someone does need to throw some stones to get you to understand that it's just not polite to continuously take pot shots at opponent fans without provocation.

In your ongoing search for grammatical truth, did you ever think about reading the whole sentence? You know, maybe the parts that clarify the intent? For example, you may or may not have noticed that in my previous post, I typed the words "commonly" and "used" in succession...
