I think it is much ado about nothing. Being out of football for two years without heavy working out for some of that time, really stacks the odds against him. It would be hard for an elite talent, much less a guy who is pretty average.

He will be when he comes back and was a spare of a player when he was playing who's been out of football two years is not going to give you much when he's back, ... He should of been cut a long time ago, but instead another move just like the Sam move that's all about Jerry trying to prove he's a football man, which he's not..

Donte Stallworth was suspended a whole year without pay for DUI manslaughter, and that was his first offense IIRC.
