If we are changing coaches I believe on paper Brian Flores is the best candidate.

Any organisation serious about winning would bring him in for an interview and not because of the Rooney rule.
i actually like the guy i think he got railroaded in Miami ,because he wouldn't tank for Tua, ironic they ended up with Tua anyway.

i prefer a defensive minded head coach this time IER Vrabel #1 on my list but I like Flores... just have him find the best OC he can find and just let them do their job...

So a whole new defensive system. That sounds like a winning formula
why does that really matter i'm betting weren't for all the injuries we had at key defensive positions Zimmer D and HIS "NEW system" would have bene much better than it appeared.

by the way news flash there's only so many schemes available, not many differ from one another So a transition isn't that hard in full offseason to implement it.. Lots of teams do it when they make full coaching changes, i mean we went from Nolan to Quinn pretty quick and it worked out pretty well...

Philly fromlast year to this year a complete 180 there d went from one of the worst to one of the best in one offseason Change...

I think if we're looking at constructing a stellar defense than absolutely hire him. Thing about Flores is he went against the league, and made allegations that has blocked any chance of him getting an interview in Dallas.

Tua had nothing but bad things to say about Flores. They had a terrible relationship. No way can he handle the pressure of coaching the Cowboys. I can’t imagine anyone would hire Flores as an HC after what happened in Miami Glad some of you aren’t hiring our next HC.

Best candidates don’t matter. Jerry won’t hire someone he doesn’t know well and can control. If Mike gets canned it’s likely either Zimmer or Kellen Moore as your HC.

Actually, that is what is needed to prolong the career of Micah
Nah

not really.

what Parsons needs is to have Bland, Diggs and Lewis to all play most of season, add another DE to draw some attention and not have Overshown get hurt.. we saw how well this worked with both playing. A healthy set of starters will prolong his career, He doesn't need a specific system.

Then what happens when Parsons gets worn down just as we approach the playoffs. This is what has happened so far each year
