Not to worry, there is no danger of Jerry hiring him or anyone else young. We are looking for retreads. So it's either Mike McCarthy back for another 3 - 4 years to ride it out with Dak. Or it's some other retread - heck maybe we get Jason Garrett again.

Pair him with a talented young OC and turn him loose. He got a raw deal in Miami and has the Vikings D rolling. I’d swap McCarthy for Flores tomorrow.
