I will say, Schotty has that HC talk down pat.

Schotty has football pedigree from a legendary father. At first i was hesitant but he certainly has grown on me ESPECIALLY with all the great coaching staff hires he's made. That in itself says quite a bit about his football knowledge and its been impressive thus far. Im REALLY looking forward to this season of a new "era" whereas last year id given up on the season early when Dallas didnt bring in a RB.

I'm not buying in on Schotty yet. Talk is cheap.

He's one of the biggest question marks I have, along with Guyton. I want both of them to do well. I just have some doubts.

I think BS is a lot like Garrett. Not great with the X's and O's but a good motivator and leader of men. I do question his play calling but if his coordinators are good then he'll look like a good HC.
