Brian Schottenheimer: Working With Intention

Schotty has football pedigree from a legendary father. At first i was hesitant but he certainly has grown on me ESPECIALLY with all the great coaching staff hires he's made. That in itself says quite a bit about his football knowledge and its been impressive thus far. Im REALLY looking forward to this season of a new "era" whereas last year id given up on the season early when Dallas didnt bring in a RB.

I think BS is a lot like Garrett. Not great with the X's and O's but a good motivator and leader of men. I do question his play calling but if his coordinators are good then he'll look like a good HC.

the Klayton Adams hire SEEMS good. Which other hires have been great? None moved the needle for me.

Absolutely all of them I don't feel like listing them but sure junior Adams as the wide receiver coach very good riley is the offensive line coach also run centric has come from place that have solid run games I mean white cotton on the defensive line I mean those are just off the top of my head but I think the whole entire staff from top to bottom was top notch they're all very similar with the passionate way they like hands on coaching like they literally are getting into it at practice I like fiery passionate coaches...

They all seem to be on the same page very similar and I like that seems like they're going to have one mindset is being more physical paying attention to details they're very motivating will it work I don't know i'm not guaranteeing anything but when I saw this staff I thought it was a home run as far as getting up a lot of young thinking outside the box these were not the people I thought he was going to bring in other than Eberflus, The rest were pleasantly surprising..

That's okay if you don't like it I like it lots of people like it even ESPN other people are giving Schottenheimer an A for bringing in a step like this but you oh I only see one no I see them all being very similar and that's a good thing coaches on the same page teaching and going in the same direction..

Look like Schottenheimer dipped from many pools he didn't just bring back his standard people this is not Mike Mccarthy bringing in Mike Nolan and a whole bunch of salaries and people from his past schenheimer looked like he had a specific list and he was going to try to get everyone he could off that list he probably missed on a few but he got just about everybody he wanted...

And again I like that it's not the same old group you would think that an X head coach would just keep bringing his own guys I like my guys type of thing this was going out and getting people he thought could help implement what he's wanting here both in culture and coaching...
