Brian Waters anyone

Bring him in.

What happens in week 3 when we realize Holland can't do the job?

Obviously none of those who want to bring Waters in have not seen him play lately. He is decent against the run but his pass blocking isn't good any more. There is a reason Kansas City cut him and it wasn't due to salary or the fact they stacked on the OL. PFF still graded him out #12 of all OGs in the nfl.

He said he would like to play at least one more season.

"There are some good teams out there that have a chance to win the Super Bowl,’’ Waters said. "It’s just a matter of what opportunities come along.’’

Waters graded out as the 12th-best guard in football last season, per Pro Football Focus' ratings. He won't struggle to find a starting job as a free agent.

Starting Lineup:

LT-Free
LG-Kosier
C-Gurode – Costa
RG- Waters
RT- Smith

Latest analysis says this guy is a "heady, smart player". Always good to have a player with his head screwed on right.

Wouldn't mind this pick up. I'd like him at RG better than Holland and as a better teacher for Arkin.
