100% correct.
So this is like Waters just taking it easy.
LOL. These guys are freaks.
100% correct.
There might be more to playing OLine in the NFL than weight room strength.

Lol, why is there always one of these guys?
"The History of my bench press - By Don Corleone"
Agree, Costa should be in the stands holding hands with the Hulk's daughter.Certainly there's more to OL play than bench press strength. I'd bet money Phil Costa has one of the best benches on the team and I wouldn't want him anywhere near the field in a meaningful game.
Wait, how could he be doing well in the weight room? I read on here that he's been sitting on his butt the last 18 months eating Dorritos and Taco Bell.
LINKDallas Cowboys veteran guard Brian Waters split time with Mackenzy Bernadeau at right guard last week in Kansas City but Jerry Jones says the 36-year-old is ready to get all of the snaps at that position Sunday against St. Louis.
“I think he’s starting to get in the area of physical shape that he wants to be in,” Jones said Friday on the G-Bag Nation show on 105.3 The Fan [KRLD-FM]. “He certainly has played just really good. And he can help us if he does.”
While I like to hear about him being impressive in the weight room, I think I am more concerned about his leg strength, footwork and stamina.
