Not in JG system. We have had rookies or 2nd year players that are better than our starters and barely see the field until 3rd year. He likes to bring them in slow. But butler had been here enough he may have had a chance. Hurns will have the chance now but he will need to be so much better than T-Will it’s not even funny. Unless JJ green lights it. Lol

Lol, you fools make stuff up to fit a narrative, if this was the case Romo would’ve gotten his job back, Jerry definitely green lighted it as you said...lol

Butler was the most productive WR, per target, by far. He took advantage of the opportunities given. Too few were given.

and there is a reason for that. If you bring in a WR to run a specific play, of course he will be the target and those numbers may look better.

I am sure that someone could make a case that Lance Dunbar was our best player for his limited snaps for a specific stat.

JJ didn’t green light Romo return or he would have been back in the saddle. It was not JG decision.

organization wouldn't let that happen? his skillset, talent level, pedigree, etc wouldn't let that happen. what are some of you smoking? good for him parlaying his limited opportunities here into a contract with a desperate team, but let's be honest here.
I won't disagree with you on part of what you are saying. Guys like you and Jazzcat that get all emotionally invested into defending Dez only see that "Dez vs. the World" thing. I really don't care if Dez stays or goes because this organization will probably just bungle someone else's career like they did with Romo and DWare. I am not saying he's better than Dez. I said HE BELIEVES he is. In that regard, I truly don't blame him for going somewhere else. He's confident in his abilities and sometimes that's enough. My issue with Dez is that he's always had a ton of talent but has he truly committed to perfecting his craft? Only Dez has the answer for that. I know what my guy instinct says about that but I can only guess.

Yeah i definitely defend Dez, but I didn’t mention his name here. It was strictly Brice’s delusion in how he was held back, and your seeming agreement of that position. Players are supposed to be confident in themselves and I don’t fault them for it, there wasn’t some artificial barrier in front of him though, it’s a talent evaluation and he wasn’t the guy. I thought you agreed he the team didn’t unleash him. Thanks for clarifying.

For the record though you never have to wonder what I’m implying, I will just say it. Didn’t have anything directly to do with Dez, strictly Brice.

I'm not wired for that current of thought, Glimmerman! My voltage sez' J.G is the Man with the WILL play roster clipboard,,,THOUGH, My loose neutral wire at the service meter box arc's over to JJ calling down 'x' numbers of BULB BLOWING SURGES.o_O

Butler probably didn't play much because he drops the ball way too much. Dude has 6 drops and only 43 receptions. He drops 12% of his catchable balls. That's absolutely horrible. He even dropped a TD pass in the playoff game.

Jerry Jones talked about Romo getting his job back all the way through about week 10. It was JG decision to stay with Dak, which is why Romo distanced himself from Jason and said Jerry was the one who had his back. Where were you last season...lol

Yet, here’s Romo, the fresh prince of CBS, making a cheeky point this week to delineate Owner Jones as a guy who “loved me and wanted good things for me.”

“There wasn’t anybody who stood up for me more last year,” Romo told radio station KRLD/105.3 The Fan.

Stood up for him? On what?

If JJ wanted Romo on that field, guess who would have been on the field? Not Dak.
