In our current lineup I'm not sure we have the personnel to run his system. Generally your quarterbacks have to be highly cerebral and accurate to run his system. That isn't Daks game. If we're gonna stick with him we need someone that'll build a run n gun.

Arians nearly refuses to run the ball, and is every bit as adverse to making adjustments as Garrett. My dad is a life-long Cardinals fan (followed them from StL to AZ) and regularly complained about Arians refusal to change things that weren't working.
