Bring in Chucky

After the Raven's fiasco, it is time to say goodbye to Jason Garrett. Time after time, he's shown that he has no clue how to manage the clock, or inspire his troops. Send Decamillas packing with him.

If I were running the team, I would be on the next plane to John Gruden's place, or wherever the next MNF game is going to be played & offer him double what he's making for 5 years. Just watching him as a coach & competitor, along with his interviews of QBs before each of the last few drafts, I would love for him to represent the Cowboys.

Gruden makes ME want to run through walls, & I'm 57! He can challenge & inspire at the same time. If he owns a watch, he can manage the clock better than Garrett. Most of all, he would bring back the intensity that has been missing in Dallas, especially at the QB position. Chuuckee! Chuuckee!

You're about a week late to the lynching, let's move on the next game. If it happens again this week join the lynching on Monday, don't wait til Friday.

Fire Garrett? Hire Gruden?

My god, why has no one ever thought of this? You, my friend, are a true pioneer.

I agree. It doesn't have to be Chucky, just someone who knows how to coach a game. That's not too much for the fans to ask. No more OCs at HC. We need a real coach. It has gotten out of hand.

For some of us, it isn't just a knee-jerk reaction. It's a priority.

If I'm not the only one, then I guess I have a valid point. If all you can do is criticize without offering your own assessment, you're not much of a critical thinker, as you are accusing me of.

Agree. Monday is lynching day around here. Unless we played on Monday night, then it would be Tuesday. Or if we played on Thursday, then it would be on Fri......... er....a......you get the idea.

I've thought Gruden was intriguing for a long time. And I think Tony would be killer in a WCO.

Not if he wins.

Seems more times than not coaches do not walk in and win right off the bat as they bring their system and player to run it. Right now I don't think there is a coach Dallas could hire where fans who want to win so badly, they will not give anyone time to put it together before they want to run them off and hire yet another HC. After all coaching is easy putting a team together is easy anyone can do it based on views here.

I don't know that anyone is saying that it is easy, just saying that if you have been named the HC, and have been doing it for a couple of years, .. your plan should start to be surfacing. Not battling the same issues year after year.

I don't think anyone would be disappointed with a coach if he came in and showed the same improvement as Harbaugh in SF.

Like I said, .. if he wins.

Harbaugh situation is more the exception than the rule. I see people point to him and the situation in SF but that does not happen often. More times than not it takes a coach coming in doing some house cleaning, putting his system in place and getting players who buy into the system
