Bring it Phoenix! The Spurs are ready!

Dallas simply wore out the Suns. The Spurs are getting leftovers of a tired team.

Yeah and Seattle was just a bunch of push overs...

The Spurs beat a Seattle team with many key injuries. The Suns beat a Dallas team, despite losing a key player. Big difference.

All that with Tim Duncan favoring one bad ankle now he has two of them and yes it has effected his play early in the game

Nope.

The Spurs are just the better team. They have beaten them twice on their own floor.

I cant stand the way the Mavs and Suns style of basketball.

Here's to Avery bringing in a defensive and half court style mentality like Detroit, Miami, and San Antonio.

That's an interesting analysis, because I can't imagine the Suns playing better than they have over the past two games. They sure don't look worn out. They are just getting beat by a better team.

Agreed. In the end, there are 29 teams with excuses, and one team with a championship.

I think S.A. can run w/the Suns, maybe not the whole game, but they can run w/them. W/Ginobili and Parker pushing it, they can and do run. The difference is that S.A. has a half-court offense to balance it out.

I think Avery will bring a defensive mentality and a tighter half-court offense, but Dallas will still run. I don't think he will make Dallas into a true half-court team.

Is it heresy to be a long-time Spurs fans and have Ginobilli replace Duncan as your favorite player? Because that's the way I'm starting to feel. Duncan is still the man and the Spurs would go nowhere without him but damn is Ginobilli fun to watch, especially in crunch time. Sir Charles once said on TNT that he was the most exciting international player to watch, and the only one with American street ballah flair, and he's right. But somehow, I can't see Ginobilli playing for a long time with how hard he goes at everyone. :(
