CNN)A 12-year-old girl who had an inkling she might be quite clever has taken a test and proved she was absolutely right.
Lydia Sebastian achieved the top score of 162 on Mensa's Cattell III B paper, suggesting she has a higher IQ than well-known geniuses Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking.
The comparison doesn't sit well with the British student, who's currently in Year 8 at Colchester County high school, a selective girl's grammar school in Essex, England.
"I don't think I can be compared to such great intellectuals such as Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking. They've achieved so much. I don't think it's right," Lydia told CNN.

lol There is a HUGE misconceptions about doctors, scientists, engineers, etc. The fact that someone practices theses jobs do not make them brilliant. Or even smart. Possibly just educated in that subject matter, but they could be pretty dumb and still be able to perform gall bladder surgery.

IQ is a matter of how the brain works. Einstein and the like we're smart, but I'm pretty sure the IQ test doesn't measure that type of brilliance. The type of imagination it takes to do what Einstein did is a combination of brilliance and creativity. Those two things are usually measured separately.

Great points. If she can create something original that stands the test of time and is renown worldwide, then we can talk about her brilliant mind.

Ok, whatever. Until she devises a new math equation or a theory...........she just happens to take tests well.

Nobody under 115 IQ can get through the rigor of medical school or even law school.
