After the first 9, I thought Tiger was going to pillage the course. The +1 on the back 9 surprised me a little.

Actually he isn't at a bad spot after day 1. Tomorrow is really important. If he is 3 or 4 shots behind at the end of tomorrow, I expect him to have a huge weekend.

That was an upslope shot so I was kind of expecting it. You won't believe me though.

All in all not a bad round for Tiger.

Snedeker hung in just as expected. He's not going anywhere, so better players like Tiger, Adam, or someone else will have to take it from him. He has a serious short game.

The leader board has thinned out alot after just two days.

No kidding. Doesn't even feel like an Open this year.

I don't think it's supposed to blow until *mayhe* tomorrow afternoon, though. And even then it won't be wind like this tournament usually has.
