Yes Diggs openly complained about the zone scheme that Eberflus ran and stated man to man was a better fit for the Cowboys defense.

He was complaining publically early in the season about the scheme.

Diggs break with the organization was a long time coming. The fractured relationship began with his soft rehab from injury in South Florida after refusing to report and rehab in Dallas. Then his play fell off and he never got back to that level. Being a public cheerleader for Micah during contract negotiations didn't endear him to the organization either. But overall, he's just never lived up to his contract.

The Cowboy's secondary was abysmal this year? Eberflus had a unit that couldn't cover anyone and that includes Diggs.
